Uke, the family nickname of Brian Ulasewicz, was launched in the fall of 2024 as a boutique, referral-based Healthcare Executive Search agency with a simple mission: to make hospital core leadership searches inclusive, expert-driven, and, affordable. Brian knows that a successful search is built on a foundation of core values—respect, empathy, fairness, honesty, and excellence.

With over a decade in the Healthcare Executive Search business, Brian’s experience spans world-class Academic Medical Centers, not-for-profit and for-profit hospital systems, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and even critical access hospitals. Each search is treated like a unique puzzle. Brian won’t give up until he finds that last, elusive piece. Excellence is in Brian’s DNA. Before Uke Search, he served as an officer the U.S. Army achieving the rank of Captain. He then spent a decade as a sales executive calling on physicians.
